This house can be rented as either the Upper Unit (we call it the Maine Unit) With 4 bedroom's. The Lower Unit can be rented separately (4 bedroom’s) (we call this the Mahoosuc Unit). Some holidays and summers the house is rented only as one big 8 bedroom house.

This large year round post and beam style mountain home is perfectly Designed to allow large groups gather and eat in one grand room, or retreat with a book in one of the many nooks and crannies to enjoy the view with solitude.

For smaller families, part of the house can be rented alone, with Total Privacy from the other part of the house, keeping all your own individual amenities. This luxurious home was built as a private showcase home and furnished with the best of antiques, Custom Furniture and Premium Electronics. It is a rare find for sure, and we hope to have the opportunity to share it with you!

This house can be rented as a whole or two separate units--the Maine Unit and the Mahoosuc Unit.
