This house can be rented as either the Upper Unit (we call it the Maine Unit) With 4 bedroom's. The Lower Unit can be rented separately (4 bedroom’s) (we call this the Mahoosuc Unit). Some holidays and summers the house is rented only as one big 8 bedroom house.

For smaller families, part of the house can be rented alone, with Total Privacy from the other part of the house, keeping all your own individual amenities. This luxurious home was built as a private showcase home and furnished with the best of antiques, Custom Furniture and Premium Electronics.
