The house is amazing. We loved the open spacious areas and the "fab" kitchen.



Everything proved beyond our expectations.



Your recommendations were right on...from dinners in Grand Case to Bliss. We loved Ms. Busbys (beach bar).

I wanted to take this time to thank for making my Honeymoon so special.



My Wife Kristan and I were able to rent your amazing ST Maarten House at

78 Dawns Beach Estates. This was the perfect place to start our Marriage

as husband and wife!!. Waking up every morning and watching the ocean

and the views from the rolling hills was purely amazing.



We were like in our own

little world. We would then spend the rest of every afternoon at your beautiful

in ground pool where the temperature was perfect!! This house allowed us to do so

much. We would take nice romantic walks on dawns beach as the sun would set

what and amazing site to behold. Then with the location of the house we could jump

in our car and be in Phillipsburg in minutes enjoying the Island's great foods.



I can't thank you both enough on how great this honeymoon was for both of us.

Staying at 78 Dawns Beach was absolutely wonderful. The pictures on your website

don't lie they actually don't show enough of the beauty of ST Maarten. It is actually

more beautiful in person which taking that from me is a lot. I am a very hard judge

on vacation spots. My wife Kristan Knows that I drive her crazy cause I always want the

best. And staying here went beyond my expectations.



In closing I would like to say that I am very excited to see that you have acquired another

beautiful home on St. Maarten the pictures look AMAZING!!. I am tiring to get my whole

family to come and enjoy Dawns Beach this fall. Know that you have another beautiful

home. Looks like there is enough room for the whole family wow. I am hoping to come

back for are 1 year anniversary. That would be the perfect spot to spend such a special

time. My wife Kristan loved it just as much as I did.

Property: St. John 5BR Privateer Bay

Hi John,

Well I am now back at work and just wanted to let you know that we had an awesome vacation. The house is just beautiful and we are thinking of maybe renting again in 2008 but I will keep you posted on that. I don’t know what we will do in 2007 for vacation it depends on my husband’s business. Keep me posted on the new one in St. John maybe I will think about a few weeks there next year.

Also I wanted to say thanks for the money, champagne and chocolates that you gave us for the inconvenience of the hurricane shutters. I couldn’t believe the mess that they made when we came back from the beach. I cleaned that house for 5 hours that night trying to get it back in order. Fortunately we are pretty easy going people because someone else might have really raised holly hell with Jessica when they saw that mess. I loved Annie the cleaning lady and before we left on Saturday I had all the beds stripped and most of the laundry done for her to make it easier because we had a lot of people with us the last week. I did get to see LaPerla but I think I like the other house better. Don’t get me wrong they are both beautiful but I like the layout of 78 Dawn’s Beach.

Well thanks again and keep me posted on St. John I like to plan ahead for my trips.

Property: St. Maarten La Perla

We just got back from St. Maarten and you can book us in for next year!

Your beautiful house on the ocean at Dawns beach is my kind of spot to hang out, drink beer in the shade and watch the world go by.

We loved the house and there were a dozen of us sunbathing on the patio most of the day. We love Dawn beach and
to be able to walk down a few stairs to that awesome beach is, well, awesome.

Ate all our meals outside as you suggested. No bugs at all. Nice little ocean breeze killed the heat. Took your advice and grilled fish
most nights with fresh salads. Yes, the wine prices for French bordeau are much lower than in the states.

Property: St. Maarten Dawns Beach

I couldn't decide which of your 2 St. Maarten houses to rent, so we went with the cheapest one. Or should I say "least expensive".

Anyway, we made a great choice as your house has the birds eye views that look over half the island it seems.

The sunsets on your patio were gorgeous and I had a nice aged rum on ice with a splash of sparkling water as my new drink.

St. Martin is a wonderful island and we took a lot of great photos. Dawn beach is my favorite on the island but we enjoyed some on the french side as well, especially the topless ladies. Best regards, Will
