I just wanted to say thank you for the most amazing honeymoon you could ever have. We went to ST Maarten for are honeymoon we stayed at 78 Dawns Beach. Everyday there was like wakeing up in Paradise. Looking out at the beautiful sunrise and sunset everyday was so romantic for the two of us.



We loved how easily we were able go places and get eat and shop so close bye. We loved the fact that we did not even have to leave the property everything we needed was there. The pool was amazing the location of the property was magnificant.



I just want to say that if your thinking about going somewhere for a romantic get away honeymoon or a family vacation renting 78 dawns beach is a no brainer. after staying there. I am bringing my family back very soon. I also saw the other home you have wow that is amzing as well.

We were part of the group that rented the 4 bedroom luxury house on St. John.Feb 16th to 23rd.

Loved it loved it loved it!Spectacular views, great beach and snorkeling spots and even found local fishermen to buy fresh fish from.

We will be hoping to visit again .We will also be watching the development of your 3 bedroom Coral Bay house via your web site.

just spent 6 wonderful days in stowe at your incredible chalet (robinson). luxury knows no bounds at any of our rental paradise locations. this is my 6th rental with john and susan from st maarten to stowe and i've never experienced better luxury vacation rentals anywhere in the world. thank you for always making us feel like the king and queen in your top of the line villas and chalets.

Just a quick note to let you know we all enjoyed 911 Notch brook house and had a great time in Stowe last weekend. It was a very busy 4 days after "forcing" myself to go back to work.



The house has a lot of character and we all found it to be very comfortable. The HUGE great room was a big hit.



We also drove down the road and checked out your new house at 1936 Notchbrook Rd. Love what you're doing to that place.



anyway, thanks for being easy to work with and I love your operating style. The little extras make a big difference over your competition.

John, We just returned from our trip to St. John and it was wonderful !



The island is beautiful and your place was great. The pictures do not do justice to how amazing your view is. Your local contact (Mr. Donovan) was very helpful and friendly with recommendations and assistance.



We spent the first few days trying out the different beaches: Francis, Cinnamon, etc but we liked Trunk Bay best and made that our regular haunt.



We saw the new master suite you've built in the house and it is stunning! I have always been a fan of outdoor showers.



I feel we were really lucky to find your place searching on the internet. I Will definitely recommend it to friends.
